Construction
From landscape plans created either in house or supplied by landscape architects / designers we will then provide you a detailed & itemised quotation, giving you complete transparency on every element of your desired project. Landart’s team of highly skilled tradesmen will then schedule, manage & construct your project from initial excavation through to the finishing touches with all aspects of the construction process completed in an unmatched, passionate & professional manner. Priding ourselves on our high level of communication you will be kept up to date right throughout the process with ample time for decision making & a stress free enjoyable construction process, with our efficient respectful team of staff.
Through our sister business Striking Pools, our team offer swimming pool & spa design and construction to homes throughout Melbourne. Design
Our design process begins with costing the design. If approved, then the next stage is a consultation. A complete site survey & assessment is then completed, including a finalised and comprehensive design brief. Concept plans will then be created including layout plans, selected side elevations, material, colour & plant suggestions. These will be presented to you in our office, along with material samples where discussion around amendments can be made if required. Once you are happy with the concept plans, we will then transform your concepts into final working drawings including construction plans & notes, planting plans & schedule, & section elevations as required. Should you find it difficult to visualise your landscape plans, as a further option our talented design team can create a 3D virtual model of your desired landscape for you to walk through virtually & 3D rendered images. Simon will then personally present you with your landscape design pack ready for quotation & construction.
